FOUNDER : Completing his legal education at the Faculty of Law, Merdeka University, Malang in 1990. Hendro started his career as a Legal Staff at the National Commercial Bank (BUN) as a National Private Foreign Exchange Bank (BSDN) to the position of Assistant Vice President. When BUN was liquidated and declared a Frozen Operations Bank/BBO by the Government of Indonesia in 1998, Hendro then switched professions as an Advocate & Legal Consultant focusing on banking and financing issues.

Through Hendro, various national strategic projects carried out by both the private sector and the government have been assisted in processing and financing by National Private Banks & Domestic and International Financing Institutions/Companies.

Hendro is also active and gives advice to many companies in the telecommunication sector, construction and development of telecommunication towers and gives advice to many mining companies in Indonesia, including but not limited to applications for mining business permits, and managing all aspects of activities in the mining sector which have started from the stages of general investigation, exploration, feasibility study, construction, mining, processing and refining, transportation and sales, to post-mining activities.

Prior to establishing HW&P, Hendro was an advocate and legal consultant at RAM & Partners. While joining the institution, various cases ranging from banking, bank and non-bank financing, telecommunications, infrastructure, mining and natural resources, general crimes and special crimes; Corruption & Money Laundering Crimes have been handled professionally.

Hendro is currently registered as a member of the Indonesian Advocates Congress (KAI).
