The complexity of labor law in Indonesia raises many questions for potential investors or entrepreneurs, both PMA and PMDN in Indonesia, this happens because of the State’s partiality qq. A government that is strong enough for the welfare and protection of workers.

As a form of balanced legal services, HW&P also helps workers, both Indonesian citizens and foreigners, in solving labor problems they face, including assisting workers in submitting demands and carrying out the execution of workers’ normative rights to employers.
